The FOX Sports 1 analyst, a former major league pitcher, put together a video Thursday explaining how runners now are allowed to slide under the new rules. The clarifications for the rule that already was in place are better for player safety and eliminate sliding after the bag, rolling into the infielder and kicking up above the infielder’s knees.
