The Boston Celtics host the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday riding a 13-game winning streak at home that has lifted their odds of winning the Eastern Conference to a respectable 8-1 on the NBA betting futures at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com.

Boston dropped a 120-103 road decision to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday, but with 16 wins in its past 21 games overall, it maintains a slim half-game lead over the Miami Heat for third place in the Eastern Conference standings.

While Boston has been a solid bet overall in recent weeks, the club has struggled of late, failing to cover in its past two outings, dropping it to 5-6 ATS over its past 11 games, according to the OddsShark NBA Database.

High-scoring affairs have been commonplace for the Celtics, who have tallied over 100 points in 13 of their past 14 games while surrendering an average of 107.6 points per game, but have seen the point total play under in each of their last four home contests.

The Grizzlies came away with a 106-103 win as big 15-point underdogs in their visit to Cleveland on Monday, improving them to 8-3 SU over their past 11 games and strengthening their grip on fifth place in the Western Conference, 3 1/2 games behind the fourth-place Los Angeles Clippers.

Memphis has been a solid performer on the road of late, picking up SU wins in seven of its past 10 while going 5-2-1 ATS over its past eight away from the FedExForum, and 8-3 ATS in its past 11 overall.

Wednesday night’s Memphis vs. Boston betting matchup marks the second meeting of the season between these two clubs following the Grizzlies’ 101-98 win as 3-point home underdogs on January 10.

The Celtics eked out a 95-92 win as 6 1/2-point underdogs in their last clash at TD Garden a year ago this week, but Memphis has otherwise dominated in head-to-head contests, going 7-2 SU over its past nine, 5-4 ATS, and is 4-2 SU in its last six visits to Boston, and a stunning 15-2-1 ATS over its past 18.

Boston wraps up the week with a visit from the Houston Rockets on Friday, then enjoys a rare weekend off before traveling to Indiana for a date with the Pacers next Tuesday.

Following a big 113-107 win over the Toronto Raptors on Sunday, the Rockets visit the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday before their date with the Celtics on Friday. The Rockets have stumbled to a 31-32 SU record, and have recorded consecutive wins just once in their past 16, but are a solid 5-2 SU in their past seven trips to Boston, 4-3 ATS.
