Drake’s Trash Talk Led To Bulls’ 5-Second Violation Vs. Raptors (Video)

Drake is a big Toronto Raptors fan. You might have heard.

The Grammy-winning rapper was at his customary courtside position Monday night as the Raptors hosted the Chicago Bulls and ended up playing a pivotal role in Toronto’s impressive comeback.

With the Raptors trailing 106-103 and just 25.8 seconds to play, the Bulls were set to inbound the ball from the sideline just near half court — right in front of Drake’s courtside seats.

Chicago guard Justin Holiday stood and tried to find an open Bull to pass to, and as he surveyed the floor, Drake could be seen talking trash. Ultimately, Holiday couldn’t find anyone to pass to, leading to a 5-second violation.

The Raptors took advantage of the turnover, too, scoring on the ensuing possession. However, it wasn’t quite enough as the Bulls eventually held on for a 109-107 win.

This isn’t the first time Drake’s trash talk has left an opponent relatively frozen — just ask Meek Mill about that one.
