Stephen F. Austin was 1.5 seconds away from pulling off back-to-back upsets and advancing to the Sweet 16 in this year’s NCAA Tournament. But the luck of the Irish hadn’t run out quite yet.

The No. 6 seed Notre Dame Fighting Irish had multiple chances to take a lead over the No. 14 seed Lumberjacks in the closing seconds of Sunday’s Round of 32 matchup, and the third time proved to be the charm when Rex Pflueger tipped in a rebound.
