The New England Patriots will part ways with Sealver Siliga this offseason, a source told NESN.com on Thursday, as the team has chosen not to tender the defensive tackleĀ as a restricted free agent.

Siliga was signed to the Patriots’ practice squad in October 2013 and promoted to the active roster that November. He played in five games in 2013, seven games in 2014 and 13 games in 2015, starting 13 contests in his three seasons in New England.

Siliga has 84 tackles, 5.5 sacks and one forced fumble in his NFL career. He had four tackles in the Patriots’ Super Bowl XLIX victory over the Seattle Seahawks.

Siliga entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of Utah in 2011. He previously spent time with the San Francisco 49ers, Denver Broncos and Seahawks.

The Patriots have Malcom Brown, Alan Branch, Dominique Easley, Chris Jones and Ishmaa’ily Kitchen remaining on their roster at defensive tackle. Akiem Hicks, another defensive tackle, is an unrestricted free agent.

Siliga lost snaps to Brown, Hicks and Branch during the 2015 season.

Restricted free-agent wide receiver Brian Tyms tweeted a farewell to Patriots fans Wednesday, saying he won’t be returning to New England. The Patriots released wide receiver Brandon LaFell and tight end Scott Chandler on Wednesday. Unrestricted free-agent receiver Brandon GibsonĀ tweeted Thursday hinting he won’t be back with the Patriots.
