Chris Hogan reportedly isn’t the only restricted free agent visiting the New England Patriots on Thursday.

The Patriots also are hosting St. Louis Rams restricted free-agent running back Benny Cunningham, CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora reported. Cunningham, who went undrafted in 2013 out of Middle Tennessee State, was tendered at the lowest level. The Patriots can sign Cunningham to an offer sheet, which the Rams would have five days to match. If the Rams don’t match the offer, the Patriots wouldn’t have to give up any compensation to acquire the running back.

Cunningham, 25, had 37 carries for 140 yards and 26 receptions for 250 yards in 2015. The 5-foot-10, 217-pound back has 150 career carries for 647 yards with four touchdowns and 77 career receptions for 661 yards with one touchdown in three NFL seasons. He also has 73 career kick returns for 1,976 yards.

The Patriots have running backs Dion Lewis, James White, Brandon Bolden and Tyler Gaffney under contract. LeGarrette Blount, who led the Patriots in rushing last season, is an unrestricted free agent.

The Patriots have signed just one free agent so far: ex-New Orleans Saints linebacker Ramon Humber.
