Lamar Odom Eyeing NBA Comeback Despite Almost Dying: ‘I Still Got It’

Lamar Odom hasn’t played in the NBA since 2013. He also almost died. Yet the 36-year-old isn’t ready to announce his retirement. Instead, Khloe Kardashian’s husband is eyeing a return to the hardwood.

Odom revealed his aspirations Wednesday night during an interview with Entertainment Tonight after Kobe Bryant’s final game with the Los Angeles Lakers at Staples Center.

“Get back on the court,” Odom responded when asked what’s next for him.

He then added, “Yeah. I still got it,” when pressed on the topic.

It’s hard to imagine Odom returning to the NBA. He was hospitalized and nearly died after being found unconscious in a Las Vegas-area brothel last October, and he recently was spotted drinking, reportedly creating tension between him and Kardashian regarding his well-being.

But hey, if the man wants to give it a shot, who are we to say no? It would make for one incredible comeback story, that’s for sure.
