Soccer’s battle of the bulging budgets comes to Manchester, England, for its conclusion.

Manchester City hosts Paris St. Germain on Tuesday at Etihad Stadium in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League quarterfinal series. The teams are tied 2-2 after last week’s first-leg draw in Paris, and one of the soccer world’s wealthiest clubs will book a place in the semifinals regardless of the outcome.

Yaya Toure should return to Manchester City’s lineup, having recovered from injury. The Ivorian midfielder is likely to leave Manchester City in the offseason, and Tuesday’s game could be his last in the Champions League for the Abu Dhabi-backed club.

Qatar’s riches have helped turn PSG into a juggernaut. Exiting the Champions League at the quarterfinal stage will be considered a failure, so head coach Laurent Blanc is under pressure to deliver.

Blanc will not be able to call on defender David Luiz and midfielder Blaise Matuidi, as both are suspended for the contest. Midfielder Marco Veratti is injured, also weakening PSG in central midfield.
