The animals of the golf world have a friend in Greg Owen.
The PGA Tour golfer starred in a dramatic animal rescue Monday at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.
Owen witnessed a baby blue jay struggling to cross a pond by air and sea, so he stripped to his underwear, jumped into the pond and carried the bird out to safety.
