Elm Square Oyster Co., which opened in July 2015, is the newest restaurant concept from the team at Morello Hospitality Group. Elm Square Oyster Co. is a modern New England eatery with a beautiful custom oyster bar. Their menu is fun, fresh and exciting with Chef Michael Sherman’s interpretation of “new” New England cuisine. Cobblestones & Moonstones:
Cobblestones: The three-story brick building located at 91 Dutton St. in Lowell, Mass., was originally built between 1855 and 1859. Built on the foundation of an unknown earlier building, granite was used for the foundation and red brick for the walls of this “rock solid” building. On Tuesdays, they have buck-a-shuck oysters, Friday nights are happy hour and don’t forget Sunday Funday’s pregame brunch.
