How Peabody’s Charles Rosa Went From Chef To UFC Contender

Charles Rosa wasn’t always a lean, mean fighting machine. Well, he might have been, but no one knew how talented he was while working as a chef.

The 29-year-old Peabody, Mass., native sat down with NESN’s “Wicked Bites” to talk about the successful transition to a professional MMA career, in which he has gone 11-2, including 2-2 in the UFC.
