The Cleveland Cavaliers will look to follow up on their widest playoff victory in franchise history when they host the Toronto Raptors in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals as big 12-point betting favorites Thursday at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com.

Cleveland dominated as 11-point chalk in a 115-84 win in Game 1 on Tuesday night to extend its postseason record to a perfect 9-0 ahead of Thursday night’s Raptors vs. Cavaliers betting matchup at Quicken Loans Arena.

The Cavaliers dominated Toronto in virtually every offensive statistical category en route to their fourth straight against-the-spread win on home court, and they have now beaten visiting opponents by an average margin of 17.8 points per game over five home playoff contests, according to the OddsShark NBA Database.

Tuesday’s loss dropped the Raptors to a dismal 1-10 SU all time in Game 1’s, including losses to the Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat on home court in the openers of their two previous series during these playoffs.

Toronto has been a reliable Game 2 team, bouncing back to claim SU wins against both the Pacers and Heat, but it currently finds itself mired in a three-game SU and ATS losing streak on the road. The Raptors have posted only a pair of wins away from Air Canada Centre this spring.

Further complicating matters is the Raptors’ dismal record in recent visits to Quicken Loans Arena, where they are now winless in their past three. They have beaten a LeBron James-led Cavaliers squad in their own building on one occasion since 2004.

Bettors have been consistently disappointed by Toronto during the postseason, with the Raptors going 5-10 ATS in 15 games, failing to cover in back-to-back contests since Games 2 and 3 against the Pacers.

Not surprisingly, the Raptors have seen their odds plummet to +1600 on the NBA series prices while the Cavaliers have moved to heavy -5000 chalk after opening the series at a solid -1200.

Elsewhere, the scene for Game 3 of the Western Conference finals shifts to Chesapeake Energy Arena on Friday, when the Oklahoma City Thunder will try to rebound from a crushing 118-91 Game 2 loss to the Golden State Warriors, who evened the series at 1-1.

Golden State bounced back to cover as nine-point chalk after being upset 108-102 in Game 1 and will look to reverse a dismal 2-10 SU run in its past 12 visits to OKC. The Thunder will try to improve to 6-0 SU in their past six games following a double-digit loss.
