Fired-Up Mark Hunt Accuses Brock Lesnar Of ‘Juicing His Whole Career’

Even though the United States Anti-Doping Agency’s website states that Brock Lesnar has been tested five times since he agreed earlier this month to fight Mark Hunt at UFC 200 on July 9, Hunt remains a bit skeptical.

“Lesnar’s been juicing his whole career,” Hunt recently said, according to SI.com. “I’m still going to go out there and punch his face in until he’s knocked out.”

UFC fighters coming out of retirement are required to go through four months of drug testing from the USADA, but that requirement was waived for Lesnar, who last competed in UFC in December 2011, well before the company’s anti-doping policy went into effect.

The USADA certainly is making up for lost time if its five-test claim is true, but Hunt doesn’t sound too concerned either way despite whatever skepticism he might have toward Lesnar and the testing process.

“I’m looking forward to being the one to welcome Brock Lesnar back to the UFC,” Hunt said, per SI.com. “This is what I do for a living. I’ve been fighting for 27 years. I’m not a pretender, I’m a fighter. Come July 9, I’m going to whip his ass. I’m not going to play around, I’m going to be out for blood.”

Lesnar, a former UFC heavyweight champion, has spent the last four years with WWE and remains under contract with Vince McMahon’s company. This could be a one-fight return to mixed martial arts, in which case Hunt would like to make it a forgettable one for The Beast Incarnate.

“I don’t care what he’s been up to and I don’t care if he’s at full strength,” Hunt told SI.com. “I’m going to go out there and knock his face off.”
