Xander Bogaerts finally will get a breather Tuesday night.

The Boston Red Sox shortstop will get the night off against the Tampa Bay Rays for the second game of his team’s three-game series at Tropicana Field, as Marco Hernandez will start in his place and bat ninth.

Bogaerts has started all but one game for Boston this season and admitted over the weekend he could use a day of rest to get his legs back under him.

The Red Sox will get a few regulars back, as Travis Shaw returns at third base batting sixth and Christian Vazquez claims his spot behind the plate batting eighth. Vazquez will catch right-hander Rick Porcello, who is hoping to get the Sox back on track after Monday’s ugly 13-7 loss in the series opener.

The Rays will counter with right-hander Chris Archer, who has struggled mightily this season and has lost six of his last seven starts.

Here are the full lineups for both teams.
