Madden NFL 17 Rookie Ratings: EA Sports Reveals Top 10 First-Year Players

San Diego Chargers defensive end Joey BosaThe NFL season is right around the corner, which also means “Madden” season is just about upon us.

This year’s version of the popular NFL video game — with New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski on the cover — doesn’t come out for another month, but gamers already are getting excited for this year’s installment.

On Wednesday, EA Sports started its ratings rollout by announcing the top 10 rookies in “Madden NFL 17.”

Some of the names you might expect, but there are a couple of relative surprises, too.
