Different partner, same result.

Kerri Walsh-Jennings began her quest for a fourth straight gold medal in Olympic beach volleyball late Saturday night, although this time April Ross was her partner, not Misty May-Treanor.

But the Americans still dominated their Australian counterparts, Mariafe Artacho and Nicole Laird, in a straight-set preliminary-round win (21-14, 21-13).
