Stephen Colbert Hilariously Connects Ryan Lochte’s Mess To Donald Trump

Stephen Colbert finally is back from his summer vacation, and he didn’t disappoint with his take on the Ryan Lochte scandal at the Olympics.

It’s been a bad week for Lochte, who went from Olympic hero to punchline after he “over-exaggerated” what happened at a Rio de Janeiro gas station. And that scandal reportedly has cost him $1 million after losing four endorsement deals.

And, if you ask the host of “The Late Show,” there are some striking similarities between Lochte and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

And Colbert wasn’t done. He also edited Lochte’s memorable “over-exaggeration” interview with NBC’s Matt Lauer into this:
