The Boston Bruins held a grand opening of Warrior Ice Arena in Brighton on Thursday as the media got its first look at the beautiful new facility.
The new building replaces Ristuccia Arena in Wilmington, Mass., as the Bruins’ practice rink. The B’s practiced at Ristuccia for decades.
Warrior Ice Arena, which is less than 10 miles from TD Garden in Boston, is much more than a practice rink for the Bruins.
It also includes a player lounge, a state-of-the-art weight room and indoor training, a spacious locker room and much more.
