Richard Jefferson just found out the power of the Internet.

The Cleveland Cavaliers forward played 15 NBA seasons before winning his first championship three months ago, and the excitement of receiving his ring evidently became too much to bear Tuesday, when Jefferson posted this photo on Snapchat.

Before Jefferson posted the pic, he sent the following message to his Snapchat followers: “I’ll show you guys something as long as you promise not to show anyone else.” According to USA TODAY’s For The Win, Jefferson deleted the photo of the ring only one hour later, after it quickly spread, then delivered this dig: “I knew you guys couldn’t be trusted,” followed by an upside-down smiley-face emoji.

No one could confirm this actually is the Cavaliers’ NBA championship ring design, but considering the source, it probably is. And now the entire world knows.
