Week 3 of the NFL season almost is over, so it’s time for fantasy football owners to look ahead to Week 4 and which players should be targeted on the waiver wire.

With the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles on a bye week, there are plenty of players who need to be replaced in fantasy owners’ starting lineups.

Here are the best waiver-wire pickups for fantasy owners to pursue entering Week 4.

Quarterback: Kirk Cousins, Washington Redskins
If you or someone else in your league dropped Cousins last week, it might be time to give him a second chance. He threw for 296 yards with two touchdowns and zero interceptions in a 29-27 Week 3 win over a tough New York Giants defense. Cousins now has thrown for 296 yards or more in all three games this season, and he has a very favorable Week 4 matchup against a poor Cleveland Browns defense. His 989 passing yards through three games lead the league.

Other quarterbacks to target: Alex Smith (KC), Trevor Siemian (DEN), Jacoby Brissett (NE), Ryan Tannehill (MIA), Dak Prescott (DAL)

Running Back: Christine Michael, Seattle Seahawks
Michael finally gave fantasy owners a quality performance with 106 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. The Seahawks’ offensive line was much improved in Week 3 compared to the previous three games, which is a good sign for Michael and the entire Seattle offense from a fantasy perspective.

Other running backs to target: Jay Ajayi (MIA), Jordan Howard (CHI), Jerick McKinnon (MIN), Shane Vereen (NYG), Alfred Morris (DAL)

Wide Receiver: Jamison Crowder, Washington Redskins
Cousins’ success (more on that above) has translated into fantasy relevance for Crowder, who’s tallied four or more receptions and a touchdown in each of the last two games. He already has half of his touchdown total from last season and is well on his way to surpassing his 75 receptions from 2015. Crowder should be added in all PPR leagues and is worth starting as a flex play in most weeks.

Other wide receivers to target: Ted Ginn Jr. (CAR), Steve Smith (BAL), Terrelle Pryor (CLE), Cole Beasley (DAL)

Tight End: Eric Ebron, Detroit Lions
Ebron is available in a lot of leagues, and he shouldn’t be based on the amount of times the Lions throw the ball every game — they have the second-most completions and passing yards in the league. Detroit quarterback Matthew Stafford looks Ebron’s way often, which has resulted in his average of almost seven targets and 55 yards per game. You could do a lot worse than that from the tight end position.

Other tight ends to target: Cameron Brate (TB), Kyle Rudolph (MIN), Jack Doyle (IND), Jacob Tamme (ATL)
