It’s already Week 4 in the NFL, which means many of you probably need a big win to save your fantasy football seasons this weekend.

Luckily for you, we have some Week 4 fantasy start/sit advice, which you can see below.

START
Quarterback: Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons
Ryan statistically has been one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL this season. Yes, he has to face the Carolina Panthers this week, but they haven’t exactly been impressive against Trevor Siemian, Blaine Gabbert and Sam Bradford.

Running Back: Matt Jones, Washington Redskins
The Redskins are facing the Cleveland Browns, which is good news for Jones owners. Jones hasn’t put up big numbers this season, but he’s worth a shot this week.

Running Back: Theo Riddick, Detroit Lions
The Bears are allowing 142.7 rushing yards per game so far this season. Start Riddick and any other running back going up against Chicago for the foreseeable future.

Wide Receiver: Will Fuller, Houston Texans
Don’t let the Texans’ awful showing against the Patriots scare you away. Fuller has over 100 receiving yards in Houston’s two games not against New England so far this season.

Wide Receiver: DeSean Jackson, Washington Redskins
Did we mention the Redskins are facing the Browns?

SIT
Quarterback: Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks
It appears Wilson will play despite his injured knee, but he continues to be a scary start with the way the Seahawks’ passing game has looked this year.

Running Back: T.J. Yeldon, Jacksonville Jaguars
The Colts are a favorable matchup, but there’s no guarantee Yeldon will get the majority of the touches with Chris Ivory back. In return, Ivory might be a smart start this week.

Running Back: Christine Michael, Seattle Seahawks
Michael came up big for Seattle last week, but starting any running back against the Jets is a bad idea unless you absolutely have to.

Wide Receiver: Sammy Watkins, Buffalo Bills
Watkins didn’t play last week, and there seems to be a strong chance that will be the case against the Patriots on Sunday, too.

Wide Receiver: Tyler Lockett, Seattle Seahawks
Lockett is another player with injury questions this weekend, and the Seahawks’ passing game has been a fantasy nightmare.
