The New England Patriots expect to have at least one of their two active quarterbacks healthy for Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills, according to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Schefter reported Tuesday the Patriots are “all but certain” to have either Jimmy Garoppolo or Jacoby Brissett at their disposal in Week 4, if not both, adding it would be “an upset” if neither is well enough to play.

After reportedly working out free agents T.J. Yates and Sean Renfree ahead of last Thursday’s game against the Houston Texans, the Patriots do not have any quarterback workouts scheduled this week, per Schefter.

Garoppolo is dealing with a shoulder injury suffered during New England’s Week 2 win over the Miami Dolphins, while Brissett, who made his first NFL start last week against Houston, is nursing a thumb injury.

Both quarterbacks were present at practice Tuesday, but neither threw a pass during the brief portion of practice that was open to the media.
