Red Sox Did Something On Offense Monday They Hadn’t Done All Season

The Boston Red Sox have the best offense in baseball, and they have all season.

The Red Sox lead the majors in runs (802), hits (1,446), doubles (317), batting average (.287), on-base percentage (.352), slugging percentage (.470) and OPS (.822). But despite that, they managed to do something Monday they hadn’t all season: Score a run in each of their first seven innings.

NESN’s Dave O’Brien and Dennis Eckersley discussed Boston’s offense during “Red Sox Gameday Live.” Check it out in the video above.
