You could almost feel the collective sigh of relief in New England all the way in Arizona.
Patriots third-year pro Jimmy Garoppolo, starting at quarterback in place of suspended Tom Brady, looked pretty darn good in the early goings of his first career start Sunday night against the Arizona Cardinals at University of Phoenix Stadium when he hit wide receiver Chris Hogan for a 37-yard touchdown.
Based on immediate Twitter reactions, people were both shocked and excited about what seemed to be an unexpected performance from Garoppolo.
