Tottenham will host Monaco on Wednesday at Wembley Stadium in the UEFA Champions League. Tottenham is playing its European games at Wembley due to work at White Hart Lane, and the iconic stadium is certain to be rocking with supporters of the Premier League club.
Since the game also marks Tottenham’s first Champions League action in five-plus years, it only makes sense that manager Mauricio Pochettino described the contest as “historic” during his pregame press conference.
