Western Kentucky Football Players Fall All Over Themselves Running Out Of Tunnel

The Western Kentucky football team finished strong in its season opener, but boy oh boy did it have an inauspicious beginning.

The Hilltoppers rolled to a convincing 46-14 win over Rice to kick off their 2016 schedule, which is all that really matters.

But WKU did itself no favors while running out of the tunnel before the game started. The team, like just about every team in the nation, had a big entrance planned. It actually ended up being a “big entrance,” but for all the wrong reasons.

Somewhere along the way out, one of the Hilltoppers tripped. And then another. And another. And you get where it goes from there.

Despite the (hilarious) gaffe, Western Kentucky came out strong, leading 16-0 after one quarter and 30-7 at halftime.
