So long, preseason. Hello, regular-season hockey.

The Boston Bruins played their final warm-up game Saturday at TD Garden, and Ryan Spooner made sure they finished their preseason slate with a win.

The Bruins and Philadelphia Flyers both were held scoreless during regulation, but Spooner finally broke through with the game’s first (and only) goal with 3:12 left in overtime.

The Bruins finished the preseason 4-2-1. Up next for them is their regular-season opener Thursday night at the Columbus Blue Jackets.
