The Cleveland Indians have a chance to take another 2-0 lead in a postseason series.
The Indians kept up their winning ways Friday, taking Game 1 of their American League Championship Series against the Toronto Blue Jays after sweeping the Boston Red Sox in their American League Division Series. The game was scoreless until the sixth inning, when Cleveland shortstop Francisco Lindor hit what ended up being a game-winning two-run homer.
Left-hander J.A. Happ will start for the Blue Jays against right-hander Josh Tomlin — both pitchers won their respective ALDS starts — on Saturday at Progressive Field.
