On paper, Friday’s Atlantic Coast Conference matchup between the Clemson Tigers and the Boston College Eagles shouldn’t be much of contest.
The Tigers are the No. 3 team in the country and have a Heisman Trophy candidate in quarterback Deshaun Watson, while the Eagles haven’t won an ACC game since November 2014.
However, Clemson is coming off a win over Louisville in what might go down as the game of the year, so a bit of a letdown isn’t out of the realm of possibility.
