Desperation has come quickly to the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers in 2016.
The Saints will host the Panthers on Sunday at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in an NFL Week 6 game between NFC South rivals. Neither team can afford to lose this one, with New Orleans coming into the contest at 1-3 and Carolina 1-4.
Their seasons promised much at the outset but have delivered little so far. “Win now” must be the mantra for the Saints and Panthers, whose hopes of catching the first-place Atlanta Falcons rest on turning around their fortunes immediately.
