The end finally is upon us.
David Ortiz’s Major League Baseball career — in the regular season, anyway — ends Sunday afternoon at Fenway Park when the Boston Red Sox take on the Toronto Blue Jays in Game 162.
Ortiz was honored in pregame ceremonies Friday and Saturday, but Sunday figures to be the grandest celebration of them all.
