It wasn’t all bad news for the Boston Bruins on Tuesday.
Yes, the B’s lost 3-2 in a shootout to the Philadelphia Flyers, but they still earned a point after coming back from a two-goal deficit.
“I think, you know, when you’re down two goals after two periods and you manage to come back and get yourself a point, there’s no doubt it is huge for us,” coach Claude Julien told NESN’s Andy Brickley and Jack Edwards on “Bruins Overtime Live.” “I guess the disappointing part is we really felt we could have won this game and we only come out of here with one.”
