Fantasy football playoffs are starting soon in many leagues across the nation, and it would be a shame if a poor performance by your defense cost you a chance at the league title.

Here are five must-start defenses for Week 11 of the NFL season.

Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks give up the second-fewest points per game and allow less than 100 rushing yards per matchup. They’re also coming off a great performance against the New England Patriots, one that included Tom Brady’s first interception of the season and a fourth-quarter fumble recovery that resulted in the game-winning touchdown. Their matchup against Philadelphia Eagles rookie quarterback Carson Wentz on Sunday is a pretty good one, too.

Arizona Cardinals
The Cardinals play a Minnesota Vikings offense that ranks 26th in points scored per game and sits at the bottom of the league in total yards gained per game. Minnesota also hasn’t scored more than 20 points in four straight weeks — all losses.

Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins are going up against the worst offense in the league. The Los Angeles Rams have averaged a league-low 15.4 points per game, have just one talented skill position player in running back Todd Gurley and will start a rookie quarterback in Jared Goff (it’s also his pro debut).

Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs have forced a league-high 22 turnovers, including 13 interceptions. They’re going up against a Tampa Bay Buccaneers team capable of putting up points, but quarterback Jameis Winston does make questionable decisions from time to time. Kansas City also allows the fifth-fewest points per game and has a tremendous pass rush.

New York Giants
The Giants will play a Chicago Bears team in Week 11 that’s scored the second-fewest points per game (15.7). Chicago also will be without top wide receiver Alshon Jeffery because of a suspension, and its offense has received suspect quarterback play most of the season. New York’s defense, which made several notable additions in the offseason, has steadily improved during its current four-game win streak.
