NFL games on Thanksgiving can be an even bigger feast than the food spread itself, allowing pigskin-mad fans to gorge themselves on three games.
The Detroit Lions and the Dallas Cowboys traditionally host Thanksgiving games, and the NFL then throws in a prime-time special. And while not every contest is a classic, it’s still better than listening to the annoying aunts, uncles and cousins you only see once per year.
