Major League Baseball’s free agency period officially began at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, and it’s sure to be an interesting offseason.

This year’s free agent class is loaded with good bats, but it’s lacking in starting pitching, so teams in need of rotation help likely will be left scrambling. Still, there are plenty of talented players available, and we’ll be tracking where they land.
