So, that big Kevin Durant-Russell Westbrook reunion is off to quite the start.
The two former teammates will play each other in the regular season for the first time Thursday when the Golden State Warriors host the Oklahoma City Thunder. They have been taking jabs at each other for months now after KD spurned the Thunder to form a mega team with Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and the Warriors.
The tension between the two has made Thursday’s game one of the most anticipated regular-season NBA matchups in recent memory, and Westbrook showing up to Oracle Arena in photographer’s gear only adds to it.
As you can see from the tweets, Durant loves to take pictures, so this was a pretty clear message being sent by Westbrook.
So much for a happy reunion.
