Scottie Pippen’s Italian-Style Mansion Can Be Yours For ‘Only’ $10.9M

Scottie Pippen is ready to make a move.

The former Chicago Bulls star recently filed for divorce after reportedly getting into two domestic disturbances with his wife, Larsa, and apparently Pippen’s next step is unloading his lavish Fort Lauderdale, Fla., mansion.

The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home has been on the market since 2010 and initially was listed at $11.5 million, but according to Curbed Miami, that price now has dropped to “only” $10.9 million.

That’s not a bad deal for the “Modern Italian style” estate, which sits on the waterfront and boasts a full basketball court and massive home theater. And it gets even better: Pippen reportedly also is willing to throw in his Van Dutch yacht, listing it and the house in a $12.5 million package deal.
