Watch Kentucky’s Malik Monk Dish One-Handed Pass For Incredible Assist

Highlight-reel plays have become synonymous with Kentucky basketball this season.

This notion certainly held true Monday night in the Wildcats’ game against Arizona State in the Bahamas. In the second half, freshman phenom Malik Monk pulled off an incredible one-handed pass that led to teammate Wenyen Gabriel’s emphatic dunk.

Point guard Isaiah Briscoe threw an erratic pass that appared headed for the stands, but Monk leapt in the air to save the ball from going out of bounds and then made a flawless pass in stride to Gabriel, who finished with a reverse slam.

Monk finished with a game-high 23 points for Kentucky, which handily defeated ASU 115-69. The Wildcats improved to 7-0 on the season and currently are the nation’s top-ranked team.
