This year’s Thanksgiving NFL slate kicks off with a tasty matchup of NFC North rivals.
The 6-4 Detroit Lions will battle the 6-4 Minnesota Vikings at Ford Field on Thursday to determine first place in their competitive division. The Lions have been living on the edge this season — all 10 of their games have been decided by seven points or fewer — but they’re on a roll of late, winning five of their last six.
The Vikings, meanwhile, finally snapped a four-game skid last Sunday with a 30-24 win over the Arizona Cardinals.
