Claude Julien had no information regarding Zdeno Chara’s injury after the Boston Bruins’ loss to St. Louis Blues on Tuesday night.

Wednesday was a slightly different story, as the Bruins announced Chara suffered a lower body injury in the 4-2 setback. Chara won’t travel with the team for its Thursday night game in Ottawa, and the Bruins will issue an update prior to Friday’s game against the Calgary Flames.

Chara played just 9:04, skating 11 shifts before exiting. The Bruins captain played one shift in the second period for disappearing for the rest of the game. All four of the Blues’ goals came after Chara left the game.
