Auston Matthews’ Goal Sparks Maple Leafs’ Offense In 4-1 Win Vs. Bruins

After a scoreless first period, both the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins put points on the board in the second, starting with hockey phenom Auston Matthews.

Matthews scored 1:44 into the second frame, and the goal was his 12th of the season. And Toronto didn’t stop scoring from there en route to a 4-1 win at TD Garden.

As of Jan. 18, the Berkshire Bank Foundation has raised $8,900 for Birthday Wishes, a non-profit organization with a mission to provide birthday parties to children experiencing homelessness.



Earlier this season, the foundation raised $10,000 for Soldier On, a private nonprofit organization committed to ending veteran homelessness.
