Johnny Manziel Still Partying Hard, Hopes Lamar Jackson Doesn’t Wind Up On Browns

Johnny Manziel continues to party on, and it’s not because he’s still the last Cleveland Browns starting quarterback to win a game.

Manziel was seen living it up Saturday in Miami at Art Basel, per Page Six, one day after the former quarterback’s domestic abuse case was conditionally dismissed in Dallas. The Heisman trophy winner, who was sued in November for allegedly breaking a bar-back’s nose, kept the party going well into the next day when he was seen chugging Fireball with a friend.

After his South Florida celebration, Manziel took his binge-drinking act to Los Angeles, where, via TMZ, he had some words of advice for Heisman Trophy finalist Lamar Jackson. A cameraman asked about the Louisville quarterback’s chances of joining the Heisman fraternity, and Manziel gave Jackson his vote of confidence.

“Monday night, Lamar Jackson is taking it home,” Manziel said, even though the ceremony is Saturday night.

When the conversation turned to the possibility of Jackson being drafted by Cleveland, Manziel wagged his finger, à la Dikembe Mutombo.

“No, Lamar is going to go somewhere else,” Manziel said with a laugh.

Since the dismissal of his abuse case is based on his willingness to complete an anger management course and substance-abuse program, Johnny might want to stop pounding the Fireball at 8 a.m.
