Todd Gurley Accepts Fight Challenge From Disgruntled Fantasy Football Owner

It’s been a tough season for Todd Gurley and the Los Angeles Rams. It’s also been a tough season for Gurley fantasy football owners.

Of course, fantasy football is, well, just that: fantasy. It’s not real. But that doesn’t stop people from complaining to anyone and everyone when their team stinks.

And now that social media is so prevalent in our lives, making real football players even more accessible, fans have taken to letting said players know about their fantasy football issues.

One year after rushing for 1,106 yards and 10 touchdowns, Gurley was a high fantasy football pick. This season, however, has been an absolute mess. Through 14 games, Gurley has just 778 rushing yards and has been held to fewer than 51 yards or fewer in seven games, including a 37-yard showing Thursday night vs. the Seattle Seahawks.

One disgruntled Gurley fantasy owner let the running back know about his problems, going as far as to say he wanted to fight Gurley.

It didn’t take long for Gurley to respond.

That probably wouldn’t be his smartest decision, but we certainly can appreciate Gurley’s annoyance in this situation. The fantasy owner didn’t stop there, either.

Isn’t fantasy football fun?
