NBA games are full of fast-paced, exciting action, but too often that fun stalls in the final two minutes of the fourth quarter, when coaches often take several timeouts to make sure they create quality looks during close games.
In an effort to speed up the game, the league approved some timeout changes that will go into effect next season.
