With the Buffalo Bills forced to move their home game against the New York Jets to Detroit, players used different methods to meet up at Ralph Wilson Stadium and take a bus to the airport.

Many took snowmobiles and others tried to catch rides. But wide receiver Chris Hogan put on two sneakers and walked through five feet of snow.

Hogan told Yahoo! Sports that he was not prepared for the storm which debilitated the city of Buffalo and only had some Greek yogurt left in his refrigerator when he left his home.

“My neighborhood was completely snowed in. There were no cars getting in or out. The only way to get to the stadium was to walk the roads,” Hogan said.

What’s usually a two-minute drive for Hogan from his home to the stadium became a 25-minute walk through tracks left from four-wheelers and snowmobiles with a packed gym bag.

Sounds like a good workout. If Hogan has a good game Monday, we’ll know why.
