Lewis Hamilton is probably getting used to going on American talk shows as Formula 1 grows more popular stateside. His dog Coco, however, just made her U.S. TV debut.

Hamilton and his English Bulldog appeared on “Good Morning America” on Wednesday, marking the British driver’s second appearance on a major U.S. show in the last three weeks. The three-time world champion talked with Michael Strahan about everything from the physical demands of racing in F1 to Hamilton’s impressive Halloween costume.

Hamilton might have gone all-out for his Joker costume, but Coco apparently put more effort into her outfit than he did for their interview with Strahan.

It’s refreshing to know not every football-player-turned-TV-personality shares Donovan McNabb’s opinion that racing drivers aren’t athletes.
