It appears Tiger will soon be getting some of that money back, but not without the issue of his infidelity returning to the forefront.

Rachel Uchitel, one of Woods' mistresses, had received $10 million in hush money from the golfer in order to prevent her from holding a news conference describing the pair's steamy relationship. TMZ is reporting that Uchitel will now return most of the hush money back to Woods and that she will sue her lawyer, Gloria Allred, for allegedly selling her out for money.

According to TMZ, Woods' lawyer, Jay Lavely, contacted Allred – who had negotiated the hush deal for Uchitel – and told her that the 36-year-old nightclub manager violated the terms of the agreement during her appearance on Celebrity Rehab in which she sought help for her "addiction to love."

Though Uchitel never mentioned Woods' name on the show, TMZ reports Allred informed her she would lose a court case against Woods and advised her to pay back the majority of the money, which she has agreed to do.

Uchitel now has turned the tables on Allred. According to TMZ, the University of New Hampshire grad is planning to sue Allred, allegedly because the lawyer negotiated a deal with Lavely to return Woods' money so that Allred could collect her attorney fees. The report says an ultimatum has been issued to Allred by Uchitel's new lawyer that if Allred does not re-return her money, Uchitel will proceed with a malpractice lawsuit.

Uchitel refused to comment on the matter, but Allred released a statement saying, "Our law firm no longer represents Ms. Uchitel and we have no comment on this story at this time.  However, we are confident that we have always acted appropriately and in her best interests."

Woods has not completed a tournament since the Masters in April and remains out of competition with injuries to his left anterior cruciate ligament and left Achilles tendon. The 35-year-old is currently 20th in the world golf rankings.

Tara Sullivan, a columnist for The Bergen Record, tweeted on Sunday night that the course would not allow her into the locker room following the completion of the Masters to interview Rory McIlroy.

"Bad enough no women members at Augusta. But not allowing me to join writers in locker room interview is just wrong," the initial tweet read.

A couple of hours later, in the midst of trying to make her deadline, Sullivan tweeted again, this time disclosing the contents of her conversation with Masters media committee member Steve Ethun.

"It was a complete misunderstanding by the tournament week security and you [Sullivan] should have rightfully been given access per the standard practices of major sporting events," Ethun reportedly told Sullivan.

Her tweet, of course, refers to the Augusta National rule that forbids women from joining the exclusive golf club in Georgia. That rule has led to multiple protests outside of the gates of the club, protests that will likely pick up as news of the story spreads.

Sullivan also tweeted shortly thereafter to thank her male colleagues who shared their transcripts of the McIlroy interview with her.

According to the Palm Beach Post, Woods is looking for a broker to sell his 155-foot, multimillion-dollar yacht for upwards of $25 million. The boat is appropriately named "Privacy."

Sources from Woods' camp claim that the former international golf phenom offered the boat to his ex-wife, Elin Nordegren. The boat was her wedding present in 2004, but she showed no interest in it last summer during their divorce settlements.

Maintenance of the giant vessel supposedly costs more than $2 million a year and requires a permanent staff of 13 crew members.

This past fall, Woods had the boat dry-docked in Ft. Lauderdale for painting and deck resurfacing.

The Post also reports that Woods purchased "Privacy" for $20 million, but feels that the boat's value has increased because of how well it was taken care of.
