Even considering someone like Cherilus or the Chiefs Brandon Albert would only take place if the Patriots were unable to re-sign Sebastian Vollmer. Cherilus was consistent throughout his tenure with the Lions and won’t command quite the cash that Albert, Ryan Clady or Jake Long will on the market. He’s a good alternative if Vollmer decides to look for big money elsewhere.
