LeBron James, Lindsey Vonn, Mario Balotelli and Li Na are all featured in this year’s list. Vonn, listed in the icon section, has recently made headlines more for dating Tiger Woods than for any of her own personal accomplishments, but the Olympic gold medalist remains one of the more predominant faces of women in sports — even as she recovers from a knee injury.

Derek Jeter wrote James’ section and attributed the All-Star’s work ethic and intensity to the success he has achieved so far in his career.

“Whether his team is up 20 or down 20, LeBron is playing like it’s Game 7 of the NBA Finals,” Jeter writes.

Li, a Chinese tennis star, and Balotelli, an Italian soccer star, represent the international athletes on the list. Li took on the Chinese Tennis Association in 2008 and urged it to give players more independence, allowing them to keep more of their earnings. In 2011, Li became the first Asian-born player to win a Grand Slam singles tournament.

Balotelli has made waves in the soccer world, as the 22-year-old continues to prove he has what it takes to be one of the best.

“Mario has all the qualities to be a top player: power and athleticism, alongside a good understanding of the game — all positive,” said former Italy star Gianfranco Zola in the magazine.

The issue hits newsstands on Friday.

Trying to win the Sony Open must feel that way to Sharapova, a four-time runner-up. She returned to the semifinals Wednesday despite a patchy performance, beating Sara Errani 7-5, 7-5.

Sharapova had 57 unforced errors, including 13 double-faults, and overcame three set points in the second set.

“I made things much more difficult than they should have been,” she said.

The two sets took 2 1/2 hours, and a flurry of mistakes by both players left spectators groaning. Sharapova had the last laugh, whacking a forehand winner past Errani on match point.

“She really made me work for this match,” Sharapova said. “I had to dig deep — so many opportunities, a few ups and downs. I’m definitely happy to get through another one.”

Seeded No. 3, she’ll play Thursday against No. 22 Jelena Jankovic, who beat No. 15 Roberta Vinci 6-4, 6-7 (6), 6-3.

The men’s quarterfinals featured eight Europeans for the first time, and in the opening match, No. 3 David Ferrer of Spain rallied past unseeded Jurgen Melzer of Austria, 4-6, 6-3, 6-0. Ferrer’s opponent Friday will bracket buster Tommy Haas of Germany, who beat No. 11 Gilles Simon of France, 6-3, 6-1.

The 34-year-old Haas became the oldest man to beat a No. 1 player in a completed match in 30 years when he upset three-time champion Novak Djokovic on Tuesday night.

Sharapova faced Errani in a rematch of last year’s French Open final, which Sharapova won to complete a career Grand Slam. But she has never won Key Biscayne, losing the final in 2005, ’06, ’11 and ’12.

“I’ve been so close to winning,” Sharapova said. “I would love to win this. I’ve been coming to this tournament since I was a little kid as a spectator. To be playing here, to be doing so well and getting to that stage, I sure hope I can go further this time.”

Her quarterfinal took place with the stadium half empty despite postcard weather. Attendance is down about 7 percent from last year, and promoters blame the absence of Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer.

Sharapova struggled with both her first and second serves, and in the second set she lost eight consecutive service points. While she and Errani waged a series of long, entertaining baseline rallies, both were also prone to blowing easy shots.

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla. — Former tennis star Jennifer Capriati has been charged after police said she punched her ex-boyfriend on Valentine’s Day while he was working out at a gym.

Palm Beach County court records show Capriati was charged by prosecutors Wednesday. She has been issued a summons to appear before a judge April 17 on stalking and battery charges, though she has not been arrested. No attorney for Capriati was listed.

North Palm Beach police say Ivan Brannan was working out when the 36-year-old Capriati approached him and yelled at him. Brannan told police that he tried to get away by walking to the men’s locker room, but Capriati blocked his path and punched him in the chest.

Brannan told police he and Capriati broke up in 2012 and that she has harassed and stalked him since then.

On Monday, Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn addressed months of rumors and announced via Facebook that they are dating. While the two’s relationship combines the worlds of golf and skiing, they’re hardly the first pair of top-tier athletes to get involved romantically.

Woods’ on-course rival, Rory McIlroy, has a cross-sport relationship of his own. He’s dating tennis star Caroline Wozniacki.

Other athletes have decided to stay within their main sport when it comes to finding a significant other. Tennis legends Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf are married, and U.S. women’s soccer star Alex Morgan and Seattle Sounders midfielder Servando Carrasco are also in a relationship.

Those power couples have nothing on Sanya Richards-Ross and Aaron Ross, though. Richards-Ross, who won two track and field goal medals in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, and her husband, a New York Giants cornerback, have even profited off their union, scoring their own reality TV show.

But where do they stack up against the best sports couples of all time?

Redfoo is entered in the USTA Northern California Sectional qualifying tournament in Salinas, Calif., from June 18-23.

He will play under his real name Stefan Gordy in both singles and mixed doubles with 17-year-old Ayaka Okuno, whom he is currently coaching.

The 37-year-old rapper, dancer and DJ, whose father Berry Gordy founded the Motown record label, played tennis as a junior and has attended some of the Grand Slam tournaments.

He was at this week’s Indian Wells, Calif., tournament rooting for his good friend and the world’s No. 2 player Victoria Azarenka.

“It’s always been a dream of mine to play professional tennis,” Redfoo said.

Ramamurthy has entered singles and mixed doubles in the USTA Eastern Sectional qualifying tournament from June 9-15 at the USTA Billie Jean King Tennis Center, where the U.S. Open is played starting in late August.

The 38-year-old actor was a competitive junior player in Texas who considered turning pro.

The winners from each sectional qualifying tournament will advance to the national playoffs, and those winners will earn a wild card into the U.S. Open qualifying tournament.

The mixed doubles champions receive a wild card into the main draw of the U.S. Open.

The 125-acre facility known as Home Depot Center since it opened 10 years ago will change its name on June 1. It is the first naming rights partnership for the San Francisco-based ticketing company.

The price of the multiyear contract wasn’t disclosed. However, Home Depot paid $70 million for a 10-year deal. The company declined to renew.

The 125-acre complex includes a 27,000-seat main stadium and also has facilities for tennis, cycling, track and other sports. It’s an official training site for U.S. Olympians and also has been used for concerts.

The multi-year agreement announced Monday by AEG, which developed and manages the facility, calls for StubHub to have two ”giant digital freeway marquee signs,” a presence on the venue’s official website, and involvement in the Galaxy’s team marketing assets. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

The first scheduled StubHub Center event will be a Galaxy match on June 19.

StubHub Center will remain an official U.S. Olympic and Paralympic training site, and a training center for the U.S. Soccer Federation, the U.S. Tennis Association and USA Cycling.

Her decision to quit the sport has nothing to do with injury or talent — it’s because of cyberbullying, according to The Toronto Star.

“In a way I wish I hadn’t joined social media,” she admitted.

Marino deleted both her Facebook and Twitter accounts earlier this week and explained to reporters via conference call that she received tweets that said she should “go die” and to “go burn in hell” and that she had cost bettors lots of money.

“It has been a difficult decision and one that I have not taken lightly,” she said in a conference call. “After thinking long and hard about it, I realized that I do not have the passion or enjoyment to drive myself to the level of which I would like to be at in professional tennis. I have previously been to No. 38 on the WTA singles rankings, so I realize the amount of work and sacrifices that have to be put in. And at this point, I do not think it is worth sacrificing my happiness for.”

Social media played a role in her decision to take a seven-month hiatus from tennis in 2012.

“I have been suffering from depression for many years, and I had gotten to my lowest point last February,” she said of the time her 2012 hiatus began. “I opened up to my friends and family about what was going on. This was one of the most difficult things I have ever done, but it is also the best thing I have ever done. Seeking help got me through to a better outlook, and made me enjoy life. To this day I still struggle with my depression, but I am doing far better than before.

“I’ve had days where I haven’t been able to get out of bed,” she added. “I’ve had days where I can’t even go to put my clothes on. It’s really hard to describe, but you just have this smothered feeling of grey.”

Marino has a 150-107 record in her WTA career.

Azarenka began her career way back in 2003 when she was just 14 years old. Azarenka raced through the junior rankings and won two junior Grand Slams in 2005 — the French and U.S. Open championships. By the end of 2005 she would top the junior world rankings and become the International Tennis Federation’s World Champion, the first player from Belarus to do so.

Azarenka progressed through the first part of her professional career, but in 2012, she started to take the extra step. Azarenka won four straight tournaments, including the 2012 Australian Open — her first career Grand Slam — not to mention her first career No. 1 ranking.

This only continued to motivate Azarenka into the 2013 season, where she continued her dominance with a successful title defense at the 2013 Australian Open. Azarenka outlasted Li Na in three sets to win her second career Grand Slam. Azarenka has potential in her corner and has become stronger and stronger throughout her entire career.

Count Andre Agassi among those who are disappointed in Lance Armstrong.

The tennis legend has a better reason than most, however, for being upset with the former cycling champ after his recent admission of drug use. Agassi and Armstrong had teamed up with several other athletes to start Athletes for Hope, an organization that helps professional athletes learn how to raise money for charitable causes in the most efficient and effective ways.

Now, Armstrong is a cautionary tale not just in cycling or among athletes tempted to use performance-enhancing drugs — he’s also the definitive how-to of how not to run a charity. Armstrong’s cancer-fighting Livestrong charity has struggled since Armstrong was officially stripped of his titles and admitted to doping.

Agassi shared his feelings about Armstrong at the Australian Open on Friday.

“My reaction to it is the same as everybody,” he said, according to Reuters. “It was shock, hard to stomach, sadness, disappointment. I think ‘anger’ is a fair word. I was certainly one of those that flat-out believed him that long period of time. The thought of it not being the case was unconscionable to me.”

Agassi also said he thought tennis was free of performance-enhancing drug use for the most part, and he said he hoped it would stay that way through tough testing.

“The more, the better, as far as I’m concerned,” he said. “The stricter, the better; the more transparency, the better; the more accountability, the better. It’s sad to watch people who may question things for those that worked pretty darn hard.”

That may be a lesson that finds its way into Athletes for Hope 101.

There is now a plausible, but completely disgusting, explanation for Serena Williams’ early exit at the Australian Open.

One day after losing in the quarterfinals to 19-year-old American Sloane Stephens, Williams tweeted a picture and provided insight as to why she struggled as much as she did in the match.

Describing her ankle as severely swollen is an understatement. After injuring it during a first-round win last week, she played through the ankle injury and a back injury she had also suffered in the tournament, but couldn’t come up with the victory.

Check out her ankle below, if you dare.

Li Na wasn’t flustered at all in an easy victory over No. 2-ranked Maria Sharapova.

The result is that Li will play for the Australian Open title against Azarenka, who ended Stephens’ unexpected run to the semifinals that included a quarterfinal upset of 15-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams.

Another player who had little trouble Thursday was defending champion Novak Djokovic, who looked like he was conducting a tennis clinic in overpowering No. 4 David Ferrer 6-2, 6-2, 6-1 in just 1 hour, 29 minutes.

“I played perfectly,” he said in a post-match TV interview. “I played incredible tennis.”

Djokovic will attempt to win his third consecutive Australian Open when he plays the winner of Friday’s semifinal between Roger Federer and Andy Murray in Sunday’s championship match.

While Li’s 6-2, 6-2 win over Sharapova, who set a tournament record in dropping only nine games in five matches en route to the semis, never appeared in doubt on Thursday, Azarenka added some drama in the second semifinal on Rod Laver Arena.

Azarenka needed six match points to finish off a 6-1, 6-4 victory over Stephens that included a medical timeout after the American broke her serve to pull within 5-3 in the second set. After leaving the court for medical attention, the Belarusian returned to break Stephens’ serve to end the match.

“Well, I almost did the choke of the year,” Azarenka told an on-court interviewer immediately after the match. “At 5-3, having so many chances I couldn’t close it out.”

Australian Open officials said the tournament doctor reported that Azarenka had left knee and rib injuries.

“I just felt a little bit overwhelmed. I realized I’m one step away from the final and nerves got into me for sure,” Azarenka said.

The 23-year-old Belarusian’s on-court comments after the match led to speculation about the timing of her medical timeout. She didn’t help herself in a second television interview after the match that suggested the pressure of trying to close out the match was getting to her.

“I couldn’t breathe. I had chest pains,” she said. “It was like I was getting a heart attack. After that it wasn’t my best, but it’s important to overcome this little bit of a struggle and win the match.”

In her official post-match news conference — more than an hour after she finished playing — Azarenka felt a need to explain her comments immediately after the match.

“I think I just really misunderstood what [the on-court interviewer] asked me because the question was I had few difficulties and why I went off,” Azarenka said. “I completely thought of a different thing, why I couldn’t close out of match, you know, that I had few difficulties.

“So I understand the whole situation right now, but it just really [is a] simple misunderstanding of a question. I guess it was my bad.”

Pressed again to explain her earlier TV comments, Azarenka said: “I did say that. I did say I couldn’t breathe. It was locked. That came from my back. “

Stephens didn’t think the timing of the medical break affected the outcome of the match.

“It’s happened before. Last match, match before, I’ve had people going for medical breaks, going to the bathroom,” she said. “Didn’t affect me. Just another something else that happens.”

The temperature hit 97 degrees during the second women’s semifinal, slightly hotter than it had been when Li beat Sharapova to reach the Australian Open final for the second time in three years.

The semifinal started badly for the 25-year-old Russian, serving double-faults to lose the first two points and conceding a break in the first game.

Li was the first Chinese player to reach a Grand Slam final when she lost to Kim Clijsters at Melbourne Park in 2011. She had her breakthrough a few months later when she won the French Open, beating Sharapova in the semifinals along the way.

The crowd got behind Li early in the match, yelling “Come on, Li Na!” and others yelling “Jia You!” which is “Come on” in Chinese. After she broke Sharapova to take a 5-2 lead, the Chinese fans in the crowd shook Chinese flags and shouted again, “Jia You!”

“I don’t know what happened, [but] I always play well here, so thanks guys,” said Li, who was playing her third Australian Open semifinal in four years. “I just came to the court feeling like, `OK, just do it.’”

Li’s coach, Carlos Rodriguez, who worked with retired seven-time major winner Justine Henin, pumped his fist over his heart after Li won the game.

Sharapova had control in her next service game, but Li scrambled from side to side and pushed the reigning French Open champion to go for the lines, getting a series of unforced errors and another break.

The sixth-seeded Li has been working since August with Rodriguez, and credits him with reviving her career with a renewed emphasis on condition.

“I’m happy. I know I have a tough coach, a tough physio,” Li said, looking across to the stands and adding: “You don’t need to push me anymore. I will push myself.”

Sharapova, who lost the 2012 Australian final in straight sets to Azarenka, admitted it was hard to get into the match against Li.

“She was certainly much more aggressive than I was, dictating the play. I was always on the defense,” said Sharapova, who could have gained the No. 1 ranking by reaching the Australian final.

Djokovic was stretched to five sets in a 5-hour, 2-minute fourth-round match against Stanislaw Wawrinka, then lost a set against Tomas Berdych in the quarterfinals on Tuesday.

But the hard-serving Djokovic was at his sublime best on Thursday night, converting all of seven break-point chances while not facing any on his serve. Now unbeaten in five Grand Slam head-to-heads with Ferrer, he allowed his opponent only four points in the first four games of the last set.

“I felt very comfortable and very confident from the start,” he said. “I wanted to be aggressive on the court. This is definitely one of the best performances I ever had in my career.”

Ferrer double-faulted to set up match point, then lost the match on the following point when he floated a backhand long.

The Spaniard was pleased to have made it as far as he did in the tournament.

“I prefer to play worse in a semifinal than in the first round,” Ferrer said. “Of course, I am not happy with my game tonight, but this is tennis.”

With such a light workout during his match, Djokovic went back out to center court at Rod Laver Arena an hour later during a legends doubles match involving his friend, retired Frenchman Henri Leconte.

To much laughter from the crowd, Djokovic, dressed in a mock medical costume, pretended to give Leconte treatment at the side of the court.

Later, he was all business while talking about the final against either Federer or Murray.

“It can only do positive things to my confidence at this stage of the tournament,” Djokovic said of his easy win. “I have a great feeling about myself at the moment.”

Sloane Stephens not only doubled her Twitter followers over the weekend, but she was also lucky enough to win a quarterfinal match in the 2013 Australian Open … against tournament favorite Serena Williams, that is.

Stephens began the weekend with 17,000 followers before her anticipated matchup with Williams. After Stephens battled back to beat Williams in three sets 3-6, 7-5, 6-4, however, Stephens had moved on the the semifinals — and also gained 15,000 more followers.

Stephens’ rise in the sports world is not something that’s new to her family, either. Her father, John Stephens, was a former first-round pick in the 1988 NFL Draft. John went on to win Offensive Rookie of the Year that season, gaining 1,168 yards and scoring four touchdowns on 297 carries for the New England Patriots.

Sloane has followed her father’s footsteps into the sports world and has now become a global sensation. Stephens will face-off against top seed Victoria Azarenka on Thursday morning, for a chance to play in the Australian Open Final.

In a second-round match, the 31-year-old tracked down a loose ball hit by Spanish teen Garbine Muguruza. The aftermath of the vicious swing cost her a shot to the lip.

“I just busted it, busted it wide open,” Williams said after the match, laughing.

Williams has never had an injury quite like this one. Check it out in the video below.

Maria Sharapova has about a bajillion dollars in tennis tournament earnings and endorsement deals, but that hasn’t stopped her from earning even more money in the always lucrative candy business.

Sharapova’s candy line, the aptly named “Sugarpova,” was released in August. She celebrated that release by playing beer pong with Jimmy Fallon, and her next celebration may need to include some champagne.

Bloomberg reports that the Sugarpova line has been wildly successful, despite investing little in advertising and despite a somewhat steep price tag on each bag of candy.

Bloomberg reports that the candy line is expected to sell 1 million bags in a year, with Sharapova earning up to $1.10 per bag, with the candy flying off the shelf at $5.99 per bag.

“We don’t really have a big budget for marketing and advertisement,” Sharapova said, according to Bloomberg. “So it’s pretty incredible that the awareness that it has so far is where it is.”

It’s a savvy business move tapping into the gummy candy market, which is apparently worth $28 billion per year.

BRISBANE, Australia — Maria Sharapova withdrew from the Brisbane International on Tuesday because of an injured right collarbone that left her unable to serve. She said she didn’t want to aggravate the injury with the Australian Open two weeks away.

Also out was 2011 champion Petra Kvitova, who lost 6-4, 7-5 to Russia’s Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova in a season-opening tournament that has proved rough for many of the top players.

Serena Williams, however, had no such problems. She carried her relentless winning form into 2013, reaching the quarterfinals with a 6-2, 6-2 victory at night over No. 44-ranked Alize Cornet.

Williams, a 15-time major winner who is ranked No. 3, has lost only one of her last 34 competitive singles matches in a run that includes titles at Wimbledon, the London Olympics and the U.S. Open.

She was hitting winners so fiercely that Cornet didn’t bother chasing most of them. One of her serves, in the fourth game of the second, was 124 mph (200 kilometers). That was faster than any of her serves last year, and she has rarely served faster anywhere.

“I just really went for it. I’ve hit 200 before, but they never go in, so I was really excited that it went in,” Williams said. “I tried to be more aggressive.”

Sharapova, ranked No. 2 and the French Open champion, didn’t want to risk worsening a collarbone problem that flared up late last month and also forced her from an exhibition in South Korea. She started hitting overheads and serves only on Monday and said it was wiser to head to Melbourne to get ready for the year’s first Grand Slam tournament, which begins Jan. 14.

“I still have quite a bit of time to prepare for Australia. I’m on the right track, been training really well, so I just don’t want to jeopardize what I’ve gained in the offseason so far,” she said. “Just have to make a smart move here.”

Kvitova, who won the Brisbane title five months before claiming her first Grand Slam crown at Wimbledon in 2011, didn’t find any rhythm against Pavlyuchenkova. She will head to Sydney for more matches before the Australian Open.

Combined with Daniela Hantuchova‘s 4-6, 6-1, 7-5 win over No. 5 Sara Errani and the first-round exits of No. 7 Sam Stosur and No. 8 Caroline Wozniacki, the season-opening event featuring eight of the top 10 ranked women had already lost five of its top eight seeds before the end of the second round.

“This tournament was a really tough draw. Everybody’s playing,” Kvitova said. “After the offseason, it’s hard to be on the court against some opponents.”

Williams will next meet the winner of Wednesday’s match between fellow American Sloane Stephens and Sweden’s Sofia Arvidsson.

She said she had a touch of insomnia after arriving in Australia and was awake listening to the New Year’s Eve fireworks on Monday but was not able to join the celebrations.

Now she’s hoping for a night quarterfinal.

“I don’t know what time zone I’m in. I don’t know if I’m in Florida or if I’m in Mauritius or if I’m in Brazil. I just don’t know anymore,” she said, but “I’m good when I’m awake.”

If she continues her dominating run right through the Australian Open, the 31-year-old Williams has a good chance of becoming the oldest player to be ranked No. 1. Chris Evert holds that record — she was 30 years, 11 months when she last held the top ranking in 1985. She attributes her resurgence since her first-round exit at the last French Open to a feeling of invigoration.

“I just feel alive,” she said. “I feel really alive.”

On the men’s side, local qualifier John Millman, ranked No. 199, advanced to a second-round match, with Olympic and U.S. Open champion Andy Murray by beating Japan’s Tatsuma Ito 6-4, 6-1.

Seventh-seeded Jurgen Melzer of Austria downed Denis Kudla of the U.S. 2-6, 6-4, 6-4, while eighth-seeded Martin Klizan of Slovakia lost 6-1, 6-2 to Denis Istomin of Uzbekistan.

Spain’s Tommy Robredo advanced 6-4, 7-6 (4) over American Ryan Harrison, and Alejandro Falla of Colombia set up a second-round match with third-seeded Gilles Simon with a 6-1, 7-6 (8) win over Jesse Levine.

The temperature is starting to drop in many regions of the country, but AskMen.com turned up the heat by releasing its Top 99 Women of 2013 list.

The list — which determines the most desirable women of the upcoming year — was decided by combining the votes submitted by AskMen.com’s staff and those submitted by the website’s newsletter subscribers.

Most of the women on the list are models, actresses or musicians, but there’s also a good amount of athletes. Sports are so often at the forefront of the news, so it isn’t exactly shocking that athletes would pop up on the list.

After all, there are plenty of guys out there who might watch a sport they otherwise wouldn’t because a female athlete might pique their interest. And even if such gentlemen aren’t tuning in, the female athletes’ names are at least recognizable, and it’s undeniable that sex appeal somewhat contributes to that.

Below is a look at the athletes who appeared on the 2013 version of the list, along with their rankings. It should also be noted that a number of WAGS appeared on the list as well, and that actress Jennifer Lawrence came in at No. 1.

Ana Ivanovic, tennis (96)
Lindsey Vonn, skiing (73)
Leryn Franco, javelin (65)
Antonija Misura, basketball (53)
Ronda Rousey, MMA (43)
Lolo Jones, hurdles (41)
Hope Solo, soccer (30)
Michelle Jenneke, hurdles (10)

Caroline Wozniacki imitated fellow tennis star and good friend Serena Williams over the weekend, and it got plenty of laughs.

But not everyone was laughing.

Wozniacki, who is white, stuffed towels in her shirt and skirt during an exhibition in Sao Paolo, Brazil, to imitate Williams, who is black. In fact, it wasn’t even the first time she’s pulled this funny stunt, as she did the exact same thing last year, too. Additionally, both Andy Roddick and Novak Djokovic have done similar public impressions of the female tennis star in recent years, too.

The gals at feministing.com weren’t pleased with the humorous stunt and even called for a Twitter campaign to get Wozniacki to apologize. Check out their thoughts and the hilarious video below.

“Moving on. Saturday, at a tennis match against the blond-haired, Russian, white Maria Sharapova in Sao Paolo, Brazil, the blond-haired, Polish-Danish, white Caroline Wozniacki decided it would be really funny to make fun of the body of the African-American Serena Williams,” Katie at feministing wrote. “She oh so cleverly inserted towels into her top and bottom, so it looked like she had bigger breasts and a bigger butt. Making fun of somebody’s body is inappropriate, sexist, offensive and problematic. But given the history and current-day context of racialized standards of beauty, and the hypersexualization of people of color, when a white woman makes fun of a black women’s body, especially in a way that hypersexualizes her and draws on the stereotype of black women’s big butts, it’s racist. Sadly, the audience and sportscasters didn’t responded to the impersonation by laughing, cheering and whistling. Maybe Everyday Sexism or someone else should start a twitter campaign to get Wozniacki to apologize. It worked for Virgen.”
