The Sox ace earned his 100th career victory over the Royals on Sunday, July 12, the last day before the All-Star break.
And boy was he dominant. Beckett hurled a complete-game shutout, allowing only three hits while striking out seven. At this rate, the Sox’ righty is poised to make another push at a Cy Young award.
